Who reads the Terms & Conditions, anyway?
- There may be traces of nuts in all of our treats so we ask anyone with nut allergies, to kindly not order to be on the safe side
- We send seasonal items nearer the time of the event not the date the website gives
- All treats come with 1 label unless stated in description box, there is an extra charge for a 2nd label
- If labels need to be reprinted due to changes of event date/place charges will incur
- We’d like to think ‘Postie’ will mind your treats like his own children, but once your order leaves our HQ, we can’t be made responsible if ‘Postie’ has an off day and the candy gets crushed during transit
- For the mo’ our candy elves bring us different selections with every order so you can’t request specific candy, so please note candy will vary from images on our website but it makes each order bespoke and unique to the next
- Due to the nature of the personalized treats and candy within for health and safety reasons we do not offer a refund on any orders
- If there is a date on your label we send you order for nearer that time not the date the website gives
- We use next day registered post with An Post but once we ship your order we have zero control over it & are not responsible if there are delays with the order arriving to its destination
- Please allow 5 working days for shipping
- Collection is by appointment only, once your order is complete we will be in touch to arrange a date & time that suits you for pick up, collection is very flexible and we offer evening collections until 10pm where needed
